Key Responsibilites

Project Oversight

• Supervise electrical and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations on contruction sites.
• Ensure work aligns with design specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly

Team Coordination

• Lead technicians and subcontractors across multiple trades
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.
• Conduct daily briefings and safety meetings

Quality & Compliance

• Inspect installations for quality and adherence to standards
• Enforce comliance with local regulations and building codes
• Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Technical Support

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting and system intergration
• Oversee testing and commissioning of systems

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients
• Report project status, challenges, and milestones
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution
