The Solar System Division/Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality implementation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee feasibility studies, site assessments, and system design
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and commissioning of solar systems

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project flow
• Manage internal and external communications to align expectations

Budget & Compliance

• Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
