Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Define scope, budget, and timelines for electrical and MEP systems
• Develop detailed schedules and resource plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients

Technical Oversight

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams including electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

Budget & Risk Management

• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Ensure high-quality execution of all MEP works
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
• Maintain documentation for compliance and future reference
