Core Responsibilities

Quality Planning & Documentation

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures
• Prepare method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and checklists
• Maintain documentation aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards

Material & Product Inspection

• Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with specifications
• Coordinate third-party testing and review material test certificates
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

Process Monitoring

• Conduct daily site inspections and surveillance
• Monitor construction or production activities for compliance with standards
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, client requirements, and industry standards
• Perform internal audits and support external audits
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track resolutions

Team Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Train team members on QA/QC procedures
• Lead QA/QC meetings and communicate findings
